Mitchell Warner collected documentation surrounding the construction of an ammunition Warf on the Orote Peninsula of Guam. There was a considerable level of controversy as Orote Peninsula was home to a number of species endemic to Guam resident in that area, the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the then proposed construction was deemed inadequate as it did not address a number of points raised by the Division of Aquatic and Wildlife Resources.en_US
