Abstract: Saul H. Riesenberg was a Senior Ethnologist at the National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C. He wrote an article titled Six Pacific Island Discoveries. It was originally pubished in The American Neptune, Vol. XXXIV, No. 4, October, 1974. He wished that it would be reprinted in the Guam Recorder with two addendas made to the article. One was a footnote of The Ghost Islands of the Carolines which discussed the discovery of Nukuoro. The other addenda concerned the discoveries of Nama, Losap, Nomwin, and Murilo.
