Abstract: James M. Stewart worked for the Guam Department of Public Works from September of 1948 to June of 1959 as an assistant to the Planning Commissioner. His papers include a wide assortment of material ranging from personal correspondence to documents detailing the social life and activities he and his family participated in on Guam.
